She was very pleasant to work with and consistently responded in a timely manner, making the buying process smooth and positive. We would have given the dealership a 5-star rating overall, but our experience with Erick Perez, the finance manager, regarding the extended warranty was disappointing. We were only presented with one warranty option (an 8-year plan) and were not given the opportunity to explore or compare other warranty choices. Overall, the sales experience with Marcia was excellent, but the limited flexibility during the finance process impacted our overall rating. More
