This service was exemplified by exceptional customer care by Daisy. She says something and she does it. She is genuine and cares for her customers. I actually backed out of a deal in July 2021 because timing wasn't right for me but she did not take offense. When I felt ready in January 2022, she ordered me a new Tahoe RST and I took delivery on March 7. I feel very lucky to cross paths with Rio Vista and Daisy! Every Chevy purchase will be with Rio and Daisy! Also, Eric in Finance was great and Bob the delivery Gentleman was kind as can be. One more very important thing. NO MARK UP! THANK YOU RIO. Rio Vista is hands-down the old-school way to do business. All of the staff are respectful, honest and give you the best vehicle purchase experience possible. Factory delays were not a problem becau business. All of the staff are respectful, honest and give you the best vehicle purchase experience possible. Factory delays were not a problem because Rio Vista kept me in the loop of the vehicle status. They also got the vehicle cleaned a day and a half after its arrival and delivered it to my house just like they promised. It starts at the top with Sam then Tyler, Oscar, Jimmy, Erik, Conrad and delivery Bob with a smile to make a wonderful experience! 2 vehicles in 1 year and beyond happy! Thank You! More
