Not only was the work completed on time, but everything was explained to me clearly so I understood exactly what was done and why it was necessary. It's not always easy to find a mechanic you can trust, but this experience gave me full confidence. The car is running smoothly, and I appreciate the attention to detail and the care taken during the repair. The staff was courteous, and the entire process—from check-in to pickup—was seamless. We had gone to three different dealerships, when we got to Rio Vista we were greeted by Ruben. What a gentleman and this poor guy had to work his but off to close this sell as we were quite picky on our ch to Rio Vista we were greeted by Ruben.
