A most pleasant experience - Highly Recommend! I had the pleasure of purchasing a pre-owned 2017 Chevrolet Equinox from Rio Vista Chevrolet this past weekend. I had a car identified prior to d I had the pleasure of purchasing a pre-owned 2017 Chevrolet Equinox from Rio Vista Chevrolet this past weekend. I had a car identified prior to driving up (I came from Ventura County). I had made contact Salesman Oscar Sanchez prior to visiting the dealership. The car was waiting for me when I arrived. I always have anxiety when shopping for cars. Oscar was very professional and is very knowledgeable when it comes to answering questions about the vehicle that I had selected. Like any transaction, there were a few bumps, but Oscar smoothed things out and the result was a very satisfied customer. I also found the Sales Manager and Finance Manager to very be helpful and professional. I had prearranged for financing, but Rio Vista Chevrolet was able to beat their rates! The dealership was very clean and well kept. Any fears that I had about CV-19 were quickly extinguished. They even gave me a Rio Vista Chevrolet mask, even though I had my own! I highly recommend Rio Vista Chevrolet and Oscar Sanchez. I wish I could give them 10 Stars! More
