My interactions with their sales, parts, and delivery team members were nothing but exceptional. They promptly replied to my information request, Oscar is a genuinely friendly guy and a breeze to work with (no games or sketchy tactics), they were very flexible on the sales terms, gave me top value on my trade, and provided me a deal I'd be hard-pressed to beat anywhere else. Equally impressive, they did all this without me ever stepping foot at their dealership! Oscar even coordinated the purchase of accessories and installed for them for me. Maynard made the long trip to deliver my new truck and upon arrival, offered to wear a mask and take other protective steps to ensure I was comfortable as I reviewed and signed the contract.
