Chevy silverado 2019 I had the best experience this time around purchasing my truck from Rio Vista Chevy. I submitted a credit application and the very next day Oscar call I had the best experience this time around purchasing my truck from Rio Vista Chevy. I submitted a credit application and the very next day Oscar called me and we started the process. I was literally done in about 10 min. Then my truck was delivered for free which was about 240 miles away from the dealership. Then the paperwork took about 10 min once the truck was delivered and I was on my way! Then we came in to look at the vehicles we were interested in and some that Marcia and Anthony recommended. We ended up with a Chevy Traverse and after a week, we are so happy with the decision. After that, things cooled off a bit. A couple things we agreed upon ended up being pretty difficult to accomplish. After a bit of phone-tag and some miscommunication, we were able to get everything ironed out. Actually, once they realized that it took a bit longer that it should have, and I was less than happy with the process thus far, they went WAY above and beyond to rectify the situation. All in all, I'm extremely impressed with Rio Vista. Their reputation is well-deserved, and it's clear that they really want their customers to be happy. In the end, this has been the best new-vehicle purchase experience I've ever had. They made me feel like the things that were important to me, were important to them as well. I won't hesitate to refer anyone looking for a vehicle to Rio Vista. I haven't always been a "Chevy" guy, but I don't think I'll ever buy a vehicle anywhere else. More
