Satisfied customer I bought a used Jeep from them that I discovered had a bad navigation head unit after I already purchased the vehicle. I notified them about it and they stepped up and had the unit replaced through a local dealership. It was not a cheap replacement and I appreciate them going the extra mile and taking care of it. Great customer service I was referred to Rio Vista from my parents after they purchased a truck. We worked with Jimmy on finding the best deal on a certified pre-owned Chevy I was referred to Rio Vista from my parents after they purchased a truck. We worked with Jimmy on finding the best deal on a certified pre-owned Chevy Equinox. We had several options to choose from. Once we arrived to the dealership, we worked with Samuel who was very helpful and nice. The other employees at Rio Vista ensured that I felt at home with our 2 month old baby, while my husband test drove several cars with Samuel. They were also very quick at running our credit and getting the vehicle financed. Once we were ready to sign paperwork, John was very quick in getting everything ready to go so the process was a breeze.
