UNBELIEVABLE-OVER the TOP 4 yrs ago, driving Santa Barbara back to Stockton, Ca on a Sunday about noon my rear end in my 2009 Tahoe blew. I barely made it off the freeway and 4 yrs ago, driving Santa Barbara back to Stockton, Ca on a Sunday about noon my rear end in my 2009 Tahoe blew. I barely made it off the freeway and coasted to Rio Vista Chevrolet. Service was not open, no one around except 2 lot Lizards; Jimmy Sanchez and Tyler Smith. No car rental was available on a Sunday anywhere. No Hotel rooms were available either. So my Wife, my 2 dogs and Myself were stranded-SOL, I couldn't believe it. Jimmy and Tyler agreed to take my Tahoe in for repairs. Having listened to my many phone calls for rentals and rooms**** They did the most gracious and generous thing I ever experienced. They gave/loaned me their new 2015 demo Tahoe to drive and use to Northern CA for 2 weeks while my car was being fixed, for free, no strings attached. They had never seen me before!!! Service and Trust WOW, I cried, I was so blown away!! Well I just bought my new 2019 Tahoe LT from guess who? Jimmy Sanchez at Rio Vista Chevrolet, can you think of anywhere better? BTW: I still live in Stockton, CA did it all over the phone-so easy-everything just like they said. I am gonna do it again the next time-Rio Vista Chevrolet!! More
