I bought a truck on May 9th from this dealer. Their other dealership at the auto mall was absolutely horrific. So I came to this one on Nova rd. Deal went pretty smooth. My salesman said he would look into s dealership at the auto mall was absolutely horrific. So I came to this one on Nova rd. Deal went pretty smooth. My salesman said he would look into some wear and tear items and get with the manager. Leaving after purchase tire light was on and no gas in truck. Drove truck home with tire noise and bad shake. This is a Toyota and I'm a Toyota tech. I wake up next morning to flat tire. Tires were way out of balance, severe tire chop, leaking left rear shock, brake pulsation, screw in tire......so I mention this and did not get a response for 2 days. I have a we owe for a windshield due to the windshield being cracked. We have a glass guy at my dealership that offered to replace the windshield for free Ritchey just pays for the glass. I had to contact finance manager because salesman was no longer responding. Salesman told the finance manager that everything I said/asked was not true. Salesman finally called and said our glass guy could not do install. Then a few days later they asked me for glass guy's number. The glass guy told me they called him a week later and scoffed at his price. Even though he is installing it for free. So almost a month later no answer for second key, inspection, new tag sticker or windshield. I would not recommend to anyone looking for a car to buy from here More

LIES. LIES. LIES. Terrible - not a man of their word. Took my car in two weeks ago to sell it and stated they needed a 'clean title.' Did as I was told and paid off my Terrible - not a man of their word. Took my car in two weeks ago to sell it and stated they needed a 'clean title.' Did as I was told and paid off my vehicle's balance and obtained the title and walked back in 2 WEEKS LATER and they quoted me $2k less than my original offer. The only thing that changed on the car was the 40 miles I took to drive it there. Here I am a couple days before Christmas and I am now out $6k after the pay off. TERRIBLE. I will be going elsewhere, as should you. More

He spent so much time making sure my new vehicle was clean and exactly the way I wanted it set up - Even taking much extra time to explain the features and setting up all the "fancy" stuff - Purchasing a vehicle from Jerry was something I hope to do again - I have bought 20+ cars in my lifetime and this was the ABSOLUTE best experience I have had... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We bought a vehicle that was supposed to get serviced and cleaned. We have got nothing but excuses and have been lied to repeatedly. Our salesman wa We bought a vehicle that was supposed to get serviced and cleaned. We have got nothing but excuses and have been lied to repeatedly. Our salesman was Carl Beck and he is a man we would not trust at his word and neither should you. We took our complaint all the way to the top of the company and were still just jerked around. I spoke to Larry Kelly who assured me he would look into the issue and get right back to me. After a week we still have not heard a word. We are very disappointed in our overall experience and would never buy another vehicle from Ritcheys. Heck we wouldn't even let them check the oil. There service department claims they gave this vehicle a 120 point check and they missed checking the oil and other fluids. The brakes were shot and all we get is excuses. If your a consumer have a look at these reviews... Do they look real to you? One liners don't really add up to good customer service. I find it impossible that our experience was so bad and everyone else is bragging about them. Seems a little fishy to me. We will never do business with this company again! More
