Excellent service and staff at River Front. Place is clean and efficient. I’ve been to all of the local Jeep dealers and River Front has the best service hands down. clean and efficient. I’ve been to all of the local Jeep dealers and River Front has the best service hands down. More

Dealer diagnosed DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES! My son-in-law took his 2014 Jeep Cherokee here in early-November 2021 as 4WD indicator light came on. Dealer diagnosed problem as transfer case module failure and quoted $700 to repair. Ordered part and told him it would arrive early-January 2022 because of supply chain issues. Understood and agreed to repair. Left vehicle there as they said it was undriveable even though he drove it in. Dealer called in mid-December and said part would not arrive until early-February and would not release vehicle to him as they said it was undriveable. Daughter went in next morning and dealer said fine to drive home (less than a mile away). Dealer called in late-January and said part had arrived and to bring vehicle back to install. Again, quoted $690 in writing a second time for work. Son-in-law picked up vehicle and noticed nothing was different. Brought it back immediately and was told that vehicle would now need $4,400 of additional work. AT NO TIME IN THIS THREE MONTH ORDEAL WAS THAT EVER MENTIONED AS A POSSIBILITY OR A DIFFERENT DECISION WOULD HAVE BEEN MADE. Met with Mike Nicoletti, Service Manager, and Corey Spooner, General Sales Manager to no avail. Both unwilling to budge stating that there is no way to diagnose car without this "trial and error" approach. If that's the case, then this is an obvious design flaw as no consumer would ever purchase a vehicle under this repair protocol. Checked with other mechanics in the area that agreed that this appeared to be a scam, especially because the repair is proprietary and none other than a dealer can address. Please read other poor reviews on Yelp, Google, and other sites and ask yourself why there are so many for this dealership. As with any business, there is usually a few (mostly unfair to the business anyway) but Riverfront Chrysler Jeep has way too many for transactions like this one. Stay away from this dealership at all costs! Criminal and classic example of everything ever said about sketchy auto sales and repair businesses. More

All I had to do was get windshield wipers replaced and installed. This was done very quickly. I saw them installing them within a few minutes. I got there at a very unbusy time, so there was no waiting installed. This was done very quickly. I saw them installing them within a few minutes. I got there at a very unbusy time, so there was no waiting for them. I got a text from an unnamed person, possibly a robot, telling me to text him/her/it any questions. After about a 15 minute wait, I texted asking if the job was done. I never got an answer, but within about 5 minutes, I got the bill and paid for it. The guy who did the work get an A+, but overall, a B. Good service, but apparently a paperwork bottleneck. More

I brought my new van in multiple times for a check engine light issue, after being told that the technician didn't know what the codes meant I was informed my car was probably safe to drive. A few days later light issue, after being told that the technician didn't know what the codes meant I was informed my car was probably safe to drive. A few days later, the light was on again, once again I was told it was probably safe to drive. A few minutes later I received a call saying new errors showed up when the screen refreshed and to bring the car back in. Another couple hours passed and I was informed the car was now un drivable. I was told I would receive a rental voucher while we waited for parts, but once again the story changed and the car is now safe to drive locally with no exact ETA on new parts, no loaner and no rental car. I think it's poor business practice to return a car to a customer that is not 100% drivable. I did not buy a brand new car to drive it locally, I expect to be able to drive any distance or receive a replacement car while I wait for parts. I understand that the parts are on backorder, I am frustrated with expecting to me accept a car that is not 100% drivable (drivable locally is not 100%) with no acceptable replacement. More
