Incredibly disappointed - Bad customer service To say I'm incredibly disappointed & frustrated with this dealership is an understatement. I had set up an appointment last week to bring in my car o To say I'm incredibly disappointed & frustrated with this dealership is an understatement. I had set up an appointment last week to bring in my car on Wed, 9/13. The day before my appointment they sent me a text reminder. Well, I walked in for my appointment & the Service Department acted like they had no idea I was coming. I felt brushed off & unimportant from the start.....like no one really wanted to help me. I explained very carefully to Mike in the Service Department there is an electrical issue with my car which causes my locks to start locking & unlocking by itself...shortly thereafter my trunk will open by itself. In fact, I was driving to work on I-88 that morning & it opened up. There is some kind of electrical issue that may have something to do with the remote start. From the moment I sat down with a gentleman who handles used care & I felt like he could have cared less about me or my problem. I explained my issues to him & he immediately trying to pass this problem off on someone else other than Riverfront. I paid for a warranty that should have clearly covered these issues. I took delivery of my Toyota Corolla back in June 2017 & there is only 36,000 miles on it. The Serv Department had a technician look at my car....who knows how long they actually looked at it. The technician says my car needs to be taken into a body shop. I was then called & explained that because of my accident that the only way my trunk can be fixed is by taking it into a body shop. I told him my car has not been in an accident, but he didn't care. He & the technician also brushed off my lock issue. They didn't fix anything & didn't want to take the time to try & see what was really wrong with my car. He had more important things to work on. This is poor customer service. Everyone in the Service Department did an awful job. I had to readjust my schedule & take time off work to make sure that I could bring in my car & have a technician look at it. They didn't do their due diligence. This is terrible customer service & it sounds like Riverfront doesn't want to guarantee their product or services. More

But when I take my car in for a 45 min service for a recall on the car they sold me and I spend 3 hours there its crazy. What's crazy about it is I got there at 11 and my car was done at 12:15. But since they didn't page or call me I didn't know till I asked them how much longer it will be. It was 2pm and its been done for 1:45 min they just felt I didn't need to know. I drove a hour to come here from park forest cause the sales people are great. But if this is how the service center works I'll save my gas and money on tolls and go closer to me. Horrible communication from service center. More

My Jeep was almost due for an oil change and I wante After learning of a family medical emergency, we needed to leave immediately and get to Georgia. My Jeep was almost due for an oil change and I wanted to make sure all the fluid levels were where they should be for this long trip. We pulled up to the service door and were met by "Red". After telling him of our predicament, he took us to Martin, who assured us it would be ready shortly. I looked back and saw my Jeep was already on the lift and a mechanic was being brought over to take care of it. We were out of the dealership in less than half an hour. We can't thank them enough for their understanding and compassion while they got us ready to go. They were more than wonderful. More
Recall Had 2 recalls on my 2018 Pacifica and it stated would take about an hour for each and I set up my appointment and took the vehicle in and they finishe Had 2 recalls on my 2018 Pacifica and it stated would take about an hour for each and I set up my appointment and took the vehicle in and they finished both recalls in 40 minutes. Great Job. When I did my first oil change it wasn't the same but this one they redeemed themselves. More
