Hard to say "truly exceptional" because in the infrequent times I need service from you guys, it is consistently "exceptional"!! I was informed I'd have a couple-hours wait, but was out of there in less tha times I need service from you guys, it is consistently "exceptional"!! I was informed I'd have a couple-hours wait, but was out of there in less than one hour!! Because you changed things around a bit and sent one vehicle for some different service (or something).
