Upon returning, I wanted to check around a little more and make sure this was the vehicle I wanted. Randy was very accommodating and agreed to hold the vehicle for 5 days. I did not feel under any pressure to complete the purchase. After making my decision to purchase, I made an offer that I believed was appropriate. My offer was accepted. I completed part of the paperwork online. Upon arrival at the dealership to finish the purchase, Randy accompanied me to the finance department where I met Ray Edmund, Finance Director. Ray processed the "paperwork" electronically and did not attempt to add anything I didn't need or request. The finance process went very smoothly. I also met briefly with Tony Valerio, the accessories Director. All in all, I had an excellent experience at River Oaks used vehicle department.
