Preditory sales tactics My retired 64 year old mother went in to purchase her 2016 Nissan Murano with 15k miles off lease on October 30, 2018. First she was being heavily enc My retired 64 year old mother went in to purchase her 2016 Nissan Murano with 15k miles off lease on October 30, 2018. First she was being heavily encouraged to trade her car for another model. I feel that’s because she has very low mileage and they would make money off her trade and resale of her vehicle. So they process the loan and come back with a 5.99% interest rate for someone with tier 1 (800+) credit score for 72 months. My mother only wanted to do a 48 month loan. On top of that they add on a $3000. Ultimate Warranty. She wasn’t provided with any literature on the coverages of the warranty or an itemized bill of sale. I went into the dealership with her in November and the finance Manager Ken Maxwell who was pulling a copy of the bill of sale from another office and the warranty information. I’ve left him several messages and wasn’t called back. I've also asked for the General Managers name and all I get is "Vinny". No one will provide me with his last name. My mother is looking to refinance with another financial institution however she still hasn’t received the new title. I’ve checked the NYS title search web site on January 23, 2019. and the new title hasn’t even been processed 12 weeks later. My understanding is that after the customer has made 3 payments the dealership gets a finalization of credit for the sale/transaction. So I feel this is a fraudulent tactic to differ consumers from pursuing other options that are available to them. My mother has applied to refinance the vehicle and was approved for 2.% apr she’s just awaiting her new title to process the loan. More

Leased a car, brought car in and purc;hased car. Over charge I leased a car. bought it out after lease --paid way over retail on car and when went in dealership to trade in they claim car is worth nothing basica I leased a car. bought it out after lease --paid way over retail on car and when went in dealership to trade in they claim car is worth nothing basically They had not problem overcharging me to purchase this after lease but now worth nothing?? They send out flyers junkers worth at least 3500. but tell me my 2012 Nissan Altima in excellent condition is not worth even 3500.. they advertise junkers for 3500? They charged me 16000;00 for this car in 2015 ?? and now worth 2500.00. Are you serious? They are liars, totally rip off customers. They have lied to me in past and I would never buy a car from them ever again. More

Hyndai Elantra Lease Great service. Tom and Mark were great and helped me get a good deal so both sides were happy :). Also Maria was kind/helpful at the end and answered Great service. Tom and Mark were great and helped me get a good deal so both sides were happy :). Also Maria was kind/helpful at the end and answered all of our questions. The Allstate agent checked rates and helped us setup the new car on my insurance. One last thing i want to mention is I never felt very pressured to make a decision , other than the fact that they were eager to have our business. Great people I would reccomend to a friend. More
