This is the worst dealership. Ragh will lie to you and the financial guy will just throw papers in your face to make a sale. I bought a 2026 Hyundai Tucson. I wasn’t happy with it so I went to Subaru, they did a car fax on it, it was in a front end accident and they bought it at an auction, so needless to say I was taken advantage of. Stay away from this dealership!!! They are shady. The service department is nasty too. I’m beyond happy with my Subaru! They were fantastic. Go to Subaru or Volkswagen for your next car. They will treat you like family and not take advantage of you and the service department is excellent and very friendly. More
Very unprofessional experience with the manager, Ken. I originally left a 1-star review after bringing my car in for a turbo coolant leak. My review simply described my experience, which was that the sho I originally left a 1-star review after bringing my car in for a turbo coolant leak. My review simply described my experience, which was that the shop found no leak and was unable to explain where the coolant was disappearing to. I was told to call back if the tank became empty again, which it did, so I called back today and Ken informed me there was a note on my account stating that I "bashed them online" and was "never welcome back". My original review was not insulting or abusive. Ken was adamant that my review was a lie, telling me it stated they "did nothing". Instead, my review specifically stated they "did not fix anything". I recognize they ran diagnostic testing but since they were unable to find a problem, nothing was fixed to prevent it from happening again. When I tried to explain this distinction to Ken on the phone, he became hostile, repeatedly talking over me and raising his voice, insisting I could never return. Being refused future service for leaving an honest review is extremely unprofessional, however, I would choose to not return regardless. More
I purchased a 2026 Ioniq 5 SEL at the end of April. Ed Brightman was my sales representative. I HATE dealing with high pressure dealers who waste my time. By the time I found Ed and Riverhead Hyundai, Ed Brightman was my sales representative. I HATE dealing with high pressure dealers who waste my time. By the time I found Ed and Riverhead Hyundai, I had interacted with several dealers, who all gave me the usual hassle; they had to talk to their managers, couldn't give me ANY idea of pricing without a visit to the showroom, where I would invariably spend several hours. But Ed Brightman and Riverhead Hyundai were different. Ed was great to work with; we had a deal literally in one short morning of a few emails and a couple of no hassle phone calls. Ed was very transparent with pricing and the whole thing came together quite easily. The car came in a week later and was waiting for me when I arrived to pick it up. The business office was professional and the car had been well- prepped and beautifully presented. Ed Brightman and Riverhead Hyundai were certainly worth the 30 mile trip! I highly recommend them. Thank you Ed for a great purchasing experience! More

Over priced service work. Told me a repair would take 3 hrs and it took 2 and they charged for 3. Really not cool. Service advisor had no ways about him. The process of purchasing a vehicle at this dealership was the most chaotic and unpleasant experience I have ever had in my history of purchasing cars. Their failure to be thorough in the buying process w was the most chaotic and unpleasant experience I have ever had in my history of purchasing cars. Their failure to be thorough in the buying process was unreal and their failure in ironing out any potential issues before the sale caused a massive delay in their processing of my registration of over 2 months. They then blamed ME for this which is my motivation for wanting to review this sale at all. The vehicle is nice but the representatives I worked withmade it extremely stressful. In a last effort to try to get my vehicle registered , I called the dealership asking for any possible help as I’m now driving around in an unregistered car. Jessica was incredibly rude, BLAMED ME for switching my insurance provider to a cheaper company 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle (perfectly normal thing for a person to do) when it was their neglect in processing that was the actual problem. My issue is still not resolved. More

We went in to look for a safe and reliable car for our daughter who was purchasing her first car. Mark was fast to go over all safety features of the vehicle she was considering. He was thorough yet effic daughter who was purchasing her first car. Mark was fast to go over all safety features of the vehicle she was considering. He was thorough yet efficient. The service team is great Had a service issue that came up on screen and said service now. I called and spoke to Ken and said bring it right in I’ll squeeze you in. Dealing with Donna was very easy. The problem and was under warranty and gave me a rental that Nissan payed for. my car was ready when Donna said it would be. I highly recommend this dealer for service. More
