I had originally gone into see another sales person, who quickly handed me over to Tammy after luring me in. Tammy handled the entire deal, from day one. My car was brought in from another dealership, and it was Tammy who noticed that it was not equipped with heated seats (which I was told by the other sales person it would have). She made sure that they were done with the other after-market options I wanted AND that they were done the very next day. I told her that I wanted it done to have before Christmas. I picked it up on 12/23! I love my new Tucson and I thank Tammy for making it happen. More

Wow, never in my life have i ever been so insulted or disrespected by a stranger. I entered this dealership with intentions of walking out with a brand new set of car keys, and my demands were very simp disrespected by a stranger. I entered this dealership with intentions of walking out with a brand new set of car keys, and my demands were very simple. not only was i lied to repeatedly, eyes rolled, talked VERY down to (i am a young single woman, so in this situation i am accustomed to trying to be taken advantage of), the entire situation was absolutely sickening to me. The simple fact that people like the employees of riverhead nissan walk this earth make me very worried and sick to my stomach. I know many car dealers and mechanics, so i know the games that they play just to make a dollar, and i can 100% respect that, i am in a highly customer service driven field, but never, in my wildest dreams, after displaying my knowledge of their field, and of the car i was interested in, could i imagine being treated as the way i was. I wouldnt reccomend this dealership to my greatest enemy. What a pathetic JOKE each and every employee, and everything they stand for is. More
