I visited the dealer today for a routine maintenance. I was greeted by an amazing young man Noah Greer as my advisor. Noah was exceptional at his role and caring. Dealership is good service advisors are excellent but service department told me while getting an inspection that my passenger side mirror was slightly cracked and removed the mirror damaging it more and service department told me while getting an inspection that my passenger side mirror was slightly cracked and removed the mirror damaging it more and then told me it was an aftermarket mirror and they could not replace it and still charged me for the inspection and I had to take it somewhere else to get inspected.
