Goes above and beyond to make you happy. I found this dealership when I was 'googling' around for a local dealership that sold the type of car I was looking for. I had looked at quite a few c I found this dealership when I was 'googling' around for a local dealership that sold the type of car I was looking for. I had looked at quite a few cars before driving here. Although it was a little further than I had planned to drive, I saw a couple of cars that caught my eye on their website in my price range so I decided to drive over on my day off. Let me say that I chose to look at a dealership vs. private seller because, even though I was looking for a used vehicle, it has been my experience in both scenarios, that the 'right' dealership will do the right thing by you that a private sale might not be able to or want to. And Riverside did not disappoint. I was introduced to JR within the first minute of walking in the door and he was a delight. I understand, that is the job of a salesman to be a delight but he really was. In all the correct ways. Not in some of the annoying and really obvious ways that a lot of salesman can be. He was very genuine. Without trying to make a long story longer, there were 2 vehicles that I drove, and wanted, but the price wasn't what I was willing to pay. He offered one of the vehicles to me for what my budget was (and it was a fairly significant difference). He told me about some of the options that would bring the price down. He was able to bring it down without leaving me feeling like I was losing something by taking the deal, frankly. I didn't and don't feel that way today. And what made my experience with this dealership over the top for me is that when I got home with my new/used car, my husband noticed a very small crack in the rear bumper and a little bit of scruff on the front bumper (paint scratches that I had already noticed). I took it back to JR the same day and showed it to him. He took the vehicle back in, a WEEK later (because I had to go out of town that weekend and was not able to leave it with him the same day). He gave me a loaner vehicle for 4 days (same type of car/year), and REPLACED the bumper as well as touching up the paint on the front end. Again, this was not a new car, it was 2013 vehicle. I'm sure there is more that I could say about my positive experience there but it is already dragging on. Just know that I would recommend this dealership and JR, when buying a vehicle. He is fair and will work with you to make sure you're happy. I will definitely be back there when I'm in the market for another vehicle. More
