I checked my past cost by following the suggested services and the new bundles have gone up so much that it's time to start shopping for better pricing. The service that I received in May for $1000.00 would be $1700 today. I have been a customer for a very long time and don't mind paying a little more for quality service, but it appears that the management needs to review their new pricing and decide if more profit per customer is worth losing the volume of customers. Your service writers do a very good job of taking care of the customers, but your pricing needs to be competitive with local shops. More

I’ve had nothing but frustration with Riverside Chevrolet’s service department. About 10 months ago, I had to have the entire fuel system replaced in my truck, which took a full month to get back. Chevrolet’s service department. About 10 months ago, I had to have the entire fuel system replaced in my truck, which took a full month to get back. While I understood that kind of work would take time, the communication was poor from the start. Fast forward to now, and I’m back in for leaking fuel lines—something that shouldn’t have happened after only 10 months. It took them 5 days just to even look at the truck, which is ridiculous, and then they replaced the fuel lines again. When I picked it up, however, I noticed my AC wasn’t working. My first thought was that something might have been disconnected during the fuel line repair, especially since the AC was working perfectly when I dropped the truck off. I asked the service department about it, and they assured me that they never touched the AC during the fuel system repair. They suggested I bring it back in to have the AC recharged, which seemed odd. So, I took it back, only to be told they couldn’t see me at that time and that I’d have to come back a third time and pay to get the AC recharged. I ended up taking the truck to another diesel mechanic, and they informed me that there's no way to replace the fuel lines without disconnecting the AC. This was clearly a case of poor workmanship and lack of attention to detail. I’ve had a lot of repairs done over the years, but this experience has been the worst by far. I won’t be returning to Riverside Chevrolet for service again. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and careless work has cost me time, money, and trust. I highly suggest looking elsewhere if you care about getting your vehicle fixed properly the first More
