Been going to this dealership since 2022 when I first bought my truck and I will not go anywhere else. The service is the best. I recently purchased a brand-new Chevrolet from this dealership and paid in full with cash the same day. Unfortunately, my experience with the sales and finance team left me extremely disappointed. Thi dealership and paid in full with cash the same day. Unfortunately, my experience with the sales and finance team left me extremely disappointed. This review has nothing to do with Chevrolet as a brand or the vehicle itself. My concern is entirely about the customer service and professionalism I experienced during the buying process. As a customer making a major purchase in cash, I expected to be treated with respect, transparency, and appreciation. Instead, the experience felt cold, rushed, and purely transactional. The finance representative was especially unwelcoming and came across as rude and dismissive. There was no genuine greeting, no handshake, no effort to make me feel valued as a customer, and overall the interaction felt forced and insincere. After spending a significant amount of money, I walked away feeling more used than appreciated. What disappointed me most was realizing afterward that I paid essentially the same price as other models that included luxury upgrades and additional features. While I understand it is ultimately my responsibility to research before purchasing, I also believe a professional sales team should guide customers honestly and present all available options — especially when someone is spending that amount of money on a brand-new vehicle. Instead, it felt like the focus was only on closing the sale rather than understanding my needs or helping me make the best decision for my budget. Even with cash in hand, there was still heavy negotiation, and the paperwork process took nearly three hours. At no point did anyone step back and say, “For the amount you’re spending, there may be a better-equipped option available.” A car purchase should feel exciting and memorable in a positive way. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling undervalued and treated more like a number than a loyal customer making a serious investment. I hope this feedback encourages the dealership to improve its customer service, communication, and overall professionalism moving forward. Customers deserve honesty, respect, and guidance — not pressure and indifference. More
The customer service was great! Most chevy dealership I would pull up to service and no one would greet me. Albert was on point and took care of my vehicle. The only thing, I had hope the mechanic would have replaced my front windshield wipers that I had purchased from them. I didn't realize they were not replaced when they were placed on my dashboard, as I was checking out, so I ended up doing it myself. I did appreciate the carwash vouchers. Thank you! More
