Maria is amazing! However, to even get to her, I arrived at 11am for my 11:30 appointment and didn’t get any help or any acknowledgement AT ALL for about 90 minutes. One person silently came up to my car and put a number on my dashboard and didn’t say anything. While I empathize with the fact that Brian was seemingly the only service advisor working, he could’ve said, perhaps, “hey, just wanted to let you know, it might be a while… would you like to have a seat inside.” Actually, I would have taken any acknowledgement at all! It makes me rethink ever purchasing a car from or visiting this dealer for service ever again. More
