I recently purchased a 2024 Toyota RAV4 from Riverside Chevrolet, and I could not be happier with how the management team handles their customers. Shortly after bringing the vehicle home, I discovered a Chevrolet, and I could not be happier with how the management team handles their customers. Shortly after bringing the vehicle home, I discovered a pre-existing crack in the windshield that had been obstructed from view on the lot. I reached out to Sales Manager Shane and Service Manager Dion Vaughan, and they immediately stepped up to do the right thing. They completely covered the cost of a brand-new windshield installation, ensured the advanced safety cameras were fully calibrated to factory standards, and provided me with a complimentary loaner vehicle so I wouldn't miss a minute of work. It is rare to find a dealership that stands behind their vehicles and takes safety so seriously after the sale is finalized. Thank you, Shane and Dion, for your integrity and for taking such great care of me. Highly recommend working with their management team! More
