They completed the work on my truck sooner than expected and they kept my truck clean. It would really help if the dealership provided transportation for those of us that are near the auto center. I purchased a vehicle a month ago from Riverside Chevrolet and I would advise anyone interested in a vehicle to not buy from here. I purchased a certified vehicle that supposedly went through a 172 Chevrolet and I would advise anyone interested in a vehicle to not buy from here. As always my car received excellent service. My only complaint with this dealership is the service department doesn't answer the phone. I left 3 messages asking for a call back and finally called the sa complaint with this dealership is the service department doesn't answer the phone. That department did call back from my caller ID info and connected me with the service manager named Steve. When I complained about the phone issue his response was, "We're doing the best we can". I made my appointment and all went smoothly from there. More
