I purchased a vehicle a month ago from Riverside Chevrolet and I would advise anyone interested in a vehicle to not buy from here. I purchased a certified vehicle that supposedly went through a 172 Chevrolet and I would advise anyone interested in a vehicle to not buy from here. I purchased a certified vehicle that supposedly went through a 172 point inspection and when I got home had to take it into service for a brake issue. I was promised interior repairs that have yet to be completed, the General Manager Tony Bozarth has yet to return my call. The Service Manager has yet to return my call. Horrible customer service! As always my car received excellent service. My only complaint with this dealership is the service department doesn't answer the phone. I left 3 messages asking for a call back and finally called the sa complaint with this dealership is the service department doesn't answer the phone. I left 3 messages asking for a call back and finally called the sales department. They didn't answer either so I hung up. That department did call back from my caller ID info and connected me with the service manager named Steve. When I complained about the phone issue his response was, "We're doing the best we can". I made my appointment and all went smoothly from there. More
