Poor Service and Lack of Communication I’m really disappointed with the service department at this dealership. I brought my truck for second time for same issue the coolant leak obviously the it wasn disappointed with the service department at this dealership. I brought my truck for second time for same issue the coolant leak obviously the it wasn’t fixed correctly the first time around . I was told it would they will start working on it since it was dropped off at 7:30 am but I ended up waiting hours even though I specified I had no reliable transportation to go work with no updates so I had to be calling to ask what was the status only to tell me the car is staying overnight and that they couldn’t even give me a time frame for next morning on when it will be ready. Next same situation I had to call again to get an update. The lack of communication and honesty of this place is horrible! It’s clear that attention to detail and customer care aren’t priorities here. I expected better professionalism from a dealership service department. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for honest or reliable service. More
