True to his word a little less than three hours I was! He even let me test drive the vehicle to get lunch while the loan request was getting approved! Bryan worked with us to get the price were we need it to be, which can sometimes make the whole experience painful. In this case we were very pleased. Michael the EGM, who had been keeping the Trailhawk warm for us, graciously let it go and through in his bottle of anti acids to seal the deal. Mike was very patient with us and explained our options for warranties without making us feel pressured to buy anything. He also was kind when I called back the next day to ask him a question I am sure he answered several times when we were sitting in his office. Can't Believe It! When I went to Riverside Chrysler Jeep Dodge, it was with a half-hearted hope that I would be able to trade in my beloved Jeep for a larger vehicle. After driving the Journey, I knew this is what I wanted. Lee Daughety was extremely helpful and encouraging through the whole process, which lasted under 2 hours from start to finish! Even when I thought we were through because of the final cost, he settled my fears and with the help of his sales manager, Mr. Ackerman, we came to an agreeable price. But perhaps most special to me was how kind and helpful John was to my 15y/o dog that I brought with me each time. How nice to know Riverside is so pet-friendly. I chose the Cherokee. And I got top dollar for my truck, as promised. A very good deal, with affordable payments. John worked so hard for me I wanted to buy from him! When I buy my next Jeep I hope he is still around.
