My experience at Riverside Chrysler, Jeep , Dodge I wasn't sure I was looking for a new vehicle so I was just checking out the dealers in the area. I stopped at one and the salesman showed me what th I wasn't sure I was looking for a new vehicle so I was just checking out the dealers in the area. I stopped at one and the salesman showed me what they had based on my description and that was it. They only had one truck. I checked another and didn't really see anything that interested me. So I continued to Riverside, where I first met Molly. She was very friendly and helpful. she showed me several different types of vehicles and helped me consider the pros and cons of each. After taking up her entire afternoon I decided to go home and think about it. I went back on another day and was helped by Gary. He showed me a Subaru Outback limited. I liked the vehicle it had just about everything I was looking for. I say just about because no one vehicle has it all, there has to be a compromise somewhere. I can't get great gas mileage and a huge hauling capacity plus 4x4 with all the amenities and still keep the price in my range. Besides my wife didn't like the look of the trucks I was considering and the vehicle is going to be primarily for her, So I chose the outback. During the process Gary and Bill were very friendly and willing to do almost anything to help me get the vehicle I wanted. Gary showed me the car and helped me make comparisons, while Bill worked the numbers over and over to get the price point to work. In the end I was able to get the new car, keep payments in the range I wanted, and feel like I had made new friends in the process. P.S. I'm required to select a brand on this website and Subaru isn't one of the available choices so I just selected Chrysler. Thank you Brian Branch More

I was treated like royalty by all the staff I met, James, Bill, and Gary. James took me for a test drive in a new Outback, and Gary explained all the features in detail. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and not pushy. I returned a couple of days later with my husband to show him the car I was interested in, again, just to look. I ended up buying a new 2015 Outback, my dream car, that day. Bill worked the details so that I could afford payments. I felt good about the purchase, that it was my informed decision, and not forced upon me. In the past I dreaded buying cars because it was a stressful, somewhat adversarial experience. Not so at Riverside. Gary constantly said it was my decision, whatever I wanted was important, even if I left without a car. I never felt pushed, which is extremely important. I really liked his low-key, friendly approach. All the staff gave superior customer service. I absolutely love my new Subaru Outback. More
