I was looking for a very specific Jeep and Alan located the one that I wanted and I was driving it several days later! Riverside gave me a very fair trade in value on my old Jeep and they gave me a great deal on the new one. Alan reviewed everything about the vehicle with me upon delivery and was extremely knowledgeable about all of the systems on the vehicle. He communicated with me throughout all of the preliminary work to get the vehicle and has continued to follow-up with me after the purchase. My new Jeep is an awesome auto and is a pleasure to drive and draws many comments from people that see it. Michael the EGM, who had been keeping the Trailhawk warm for us, graciously let it go and through in his bottle of anti acids to seal the deal. Mike was very patient with us and explained our options for warranties without making us feel pressured to buy anything. He also was kind when I called back the next day to ask him a question I am sure he answered several times when we were sitting in his office.
