Outstanding customer service experience While driving from Michigan to Florida the transmission on my 2020 Explorer began making a loud grinding sound while in Georgia. I was near Macon so While driving from Michigan to Florida the transmission on my 2020 Explorer began making a loud grinding sound while in Georgia. I was near Macon so took my vehicle to Riverside. Was greeted by COREY who indicated he would have the vehicle inspected right away despite being a just before the holiday weekend. COREY advised the problem was a transmission oil cooler and DONNA had a replacement vehicle ready for me since the new part from Ford would not be available for a week. WADE, the mechanic who inspected the vehicle, explained to me that the oil cooler had a crack and was leaking fluid. So the team of COREY, DONNA AND WADE had me on my way to Florida again in just about an hour. Thank you!!!! More
