Our family was on our way to starting our vacation, 800 miles from home, when the transmission went on our vehicle. We opted to trade in the vehicle and leader a new one. Our paperwork was completed quickly, the vehicle was prepped and cleaned, and we were back on our way with a new vehicle in under 3 hours. Everyone seemed to understand our predicament and worked with us to make us happy with our choice. We traded in our Mountaineer and left with a new Explorer quickly. Earl and the Sales Manager, Tommy Alston, made us feel comfortable, answered many questions, went over several options, and helped us shop. We can't say enough about how grateful we were for the positive experience we had after feeling like we were in a hopeless situation. The finance options they presented to me were very competitive. The SYNC system is incredible! It has so many options, it will probably take me a while to learn it all, but it is a very cool system. All in all, a great experience at Riverside Ford and I would recommend them to anyone considering a new Ford. More
