I will never buy from Riverside Ford again! I bought a 2018 Ford Edge, I’ve had it for about 2 years. Had to get a new motor and transmission in which they tried to make me pay for! They put in I bought a 2018 Ford Edge, I’ve had it for about 2 years. Had to get a new motor and transmission in which they tried to make me pay for! They put in a new console radio and back up camera, it quit working and refused to fix it unless I pay for it! My car is broke down again, brought it in to Riverside Ford a couple of days ago, I was told they did not know what the problem was! I broke down on the interstate, so I called Corey and was told not to bring it in because there was no one there to look at it! Wow! A couple of recalls on this Ford Edge, cannot get an appointment to get that fixed either! I e had enough!!!! More

My Maverick order had to be rolled over from 2022 model year to 2023 due to demand for this vehicle. (My wait was 482 days.) Meanwhile, my original sales consultant had left the dealership. Unfortunatel year to 2023 due to demand for this vehicle. (My wait was 482 days.) Meanwhile, my original sales consultant had left the dealership. Unfortunately, Ford changed the configuration on some of the packages from 2022 to 2023 and the order manager failed to take this into account so my vehicle was missing some features that I was really hoping to have. (This is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.) The sales consultant who helped me with the final purchase was as helpful as possible, all things considered. She worked to get aftermarket upgrades included in the sale price or at the price they would have been if included in the factory build. Ms. Wheeler gets 5 stars!! I am very satisfied and happy with my new Maverick after the upgrades and recommend Riverside Ford. More
