This is a very dishonest dealer, and they try to shaft you by putting in really horrible terms in their contracts that will screw you over. Read the terms before you purchase and decide for yourself! I will never purchase another vehicle from this place again, and I would caution everyone else against doing so too! More

Tries to take advantage of young girls. Terrible dishonest dealership. My daughter drove all the way from San Fernando Valley to this dealership. They played all the games with her, telling her they could match the deal, they would have a car in the color she wanted sent over from another location, etc. etc. etc. Finally no surprise, after wasting hours of her time, trying to upsell her and charge her more than promised, oh, well we can't do what we said we would do. Why can't these people be honest? I am guessing that management must encourage this type of behavior from their sales people because most people will allow themselves to be bullied into paying more than they should. Social media, here I come. Treating young vulnerable girls this way MUST STOP. More

When I came into the dealers I received an internet quote from Lauren Brooks internet sales manager for both a 2017 Honda Civic EX and my trade-in.... When I came into the dealership I dealt with a revolving door of three sales people/manager. Their "closer" informed me that a mistake was made and that their quote was for a lesser model... I showed them their email with the quote for the new car and trade-in... The offer on the trade was a joke! Bottom line it's a game to them. Don't waste your time with this dealer! bought a car from a Honda dealer in Loma Linda, CA and had a great experience! More

Well-Oiled Truecar Bait & Switch Machine I drove 3 hours plus spend 6 hours in Riverside Honda yesterday because I had printed a TrueCar certificate to purchase a 2017 Honda Fit EX from this I drove 3 hours plus spend 6 hours in Riverside Honda yesterday because I had printed a TrueCar certificate to purchase a 2017 Honda Fit EX from this dealership. It turns out the EX model sits on their lot with a slowly dying battery, so that you don't want a "new car" with electrical problems. Of course they could just change the battery, but instead they have an elaborate scheme that involved me driving and working numbers on the LX trim car, before even getting to drive the "defective" EX. When i said I still wanted it because a warranty claim would fix whatever problem, they then told me the car is defective and they can't sell it to me (more than 4 hours into my visit) They told me that my TrueCar certificate was contingent on dealer financing, at a rate of 4.9% (obviously inflated for excellent credit scores), but when they actually ran my credit, they refused to provide a copy of my credit report or score to me! 9 hours wasted by these clowns, after signing up with TrueCar and using the "no haggle" certificate with my name and VIN printed on it. This is a worst case Honda dealership, and they are very experienced in advertising the lowest price for a car online via TrueCar, USAA, etc, and then genuinely bullying and grinding the customer for >4 hours until either the car is bought at a higher price/interest rate, or a day is wasted for both parties. It's clear that they do this systematically and in an unapologetic way, and in a way that takes merit away from TrueCar and other "buy it for this price" certificate programs. More
