I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE AND WILL NOT TAKE MY VEHICLE THEIR FOR SERVICE The test drive went really well and John was excelle I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE AND WILL NOT TAKE MY VEHICLE THEIR FOR SERVICE The test drive went really well and John was excellent. then came the financing and discussion with Ivan the sales manager... I told them multiple times that I had financing that I was going to use and did not want Honda financing, but they insisted on trying to get my SSN and info so that they could check credit. Then they insisted that EVERY car sold had to be sold with a $1995 paint protection and it was non-negotiable. We discussed this for 1-2 minutes and I got up and left. But on the way out I said I wanted to talk to the sales manager, because I wanted to complain. Ivan apologized and promised that he would call me with their best price on a Clarity hybrid in a few minutes. Ivan did as promised and called with an offer of $33,500 as the final sales price, which seemed reasonable enough and I said great lets make a deal. The next day the sales/ finance guy and I discussed a few options and discussed financing and the price multiple times. They even offered to deliver the car to my house, which was a pleasant surprise. So far so good....Then came the SWITCH, all of a sudden the price was $35,300. Naturally, I told them no deal and went to a competitor dealer where I purchased the same vehicle for $33,000.
