Took my car in for a warranty paint repair. I was told upfront that the warranty would cover 80%, I would pay 20%. The end result was the paint job came in $2000 less than originally quoted. The dealership still charged me 20% on the original amount. I questioned the Service Manager (Jim Sams) as to why I’m pay 20% on the full amount when the final cost was less. He said “Well that’s my “markup” ($352) so get it back from Hyundai”. Rude! Hyundai corporate will be hearing from me. I have bought 5 new Hyundai’s. Time to give up my loyalty to the brand. So disappointing. More
I walked out of Puente Hills Hyundai from high pressure manipulation. I came here and ended up with one of the best experiences in buying a car. Puente Hills Hyundai was pressure and games, Riverside Hyund manipulation. I came here and ended up with one of the best experiences in buying a car. Puente Hills Hyundai was pressure and games, Riverside Hyundai was respectful and no pressure. Riverside Hyundai deal was also 6K less and Dasan Knight, my salesman, was awesome. I highly recommend this dealership. They are non-commissioned sales so are more interested in you than their paycheck. More
