The process took a month and the whole time Zabi worked with me all my requests and getting me the right resources. Not once did I feel pressured or unprofessional. If I had to suggest an ideal experience during a car search, I’d recommend them to reach out to Zabi at Mazda. From the get go I knew I was going to be walking out with exactly what I was looking for and when the day came and I got to see my car I was ecstatic. From the paperwork to driving the car off the lot, Zabi, his team of financial adviser and assistant Isaiah were on top of every detail and made the process as seamless as possible. What’s most impressive of the service besides the extraordinary professionalism, accuracy and service I was most impressed the level care and confidence I was provided from the start. When I went into the dealership to pick up my car, I was immediately greeted and helped by Zabi who was actually on crutches with an injury but he did not hesitate to get up and actively be involved till the deal was done. He walked me to my car, the finance department and back to his office all while his team was working on the back end to get my car. Up until this experience I was always intimidated at the prospect of looking for a car let alone work with a dealership. However, after this process I can safely say I will be referring anyone in the market to reach out to Zabi and his team at Riverside Mazda.
