Nick was subpar in his customer service. The service we wanted they didn’t offer a coupon or discount on it and it turns out there was a coupon for it that we could have applied and saved money. We opted not to do the service because of the price and later on we found out there was a coupon that offered the service we were requesting at a significantly lower rate. Don’t appreciate that he didn’t offer that for us knowing that the promotion existed. More
