Our Son & Daughter purchased a Traverse from Scot Wilcox. Based on their experience my wife and I decided to go look at the Equinox as we were thinking about getting a new car. Allen was extremely knowledgeable about the car we were interested in, giving us a tour of the Equinox in the showroom prior to us taking a test drive. He was very low pressure on the sales pitch (which I like) and let us make up our mind based on facts and his humor. We left the dealership for the evening and returned the next evening to complete the sale as we decided to buy the Equinox. We then met Scot & Allen and proceeded to complete the transaction.I was very impressed by both Allen & Scot as they were able to answer my questions and help me to understand the technology used in the car we purchased. Nick was wonderful, helpful, and explained what was going on with my Denali. I'd been refered by the Draper Firestone and not only did Nick have the warranty seal fixed he also replaced a cap for my rear br on with my Denali. I would give Nick a 5, my only concern was in the office when I returned my rental they didn't give me my paper work back that had my credit card and other valuable information on it. My wife and I never planned on being Chevy loyalists when we first got married. We have a Cobalt that has been bullet proof for us and so I thought I would give the Chevy Sonic a try while I was looking at a we first got married. We have a Cobalt that has been bullet proof for us and so I thought I would give the Chevy Sonic a try while I was looking at all the subcompacts. Allen looked through ( not exaggerating ) about 40 different Sonics on the lot to find what I wanted. We test drove the one that fit my description the best and Allen didn't try to jerk me around or cut the drive too short either. He was straight up about what he knew and didn't know. Anything he didn't know he found out for me almost on the spot. I wasn't done shopping around so I went and saw about five other sub-compacts and ended right back up in my Sonic with a huge grin on my face. Allen let me test drive the Sonic again just to make sure it was what I wanted without any complaints. He got me the price I wanted and was hands down the reason I bought my Sonic from here. If you're in the market for a quick little hot hatch that gets 40 mpg at a price that will amaze your friends go see Allen! He doesn't play the games of trying to shove you in a car and kidnap you or strong arm you into a deal. He is just a stand up guy selling a fantastic product. More

The day we purchased our used car the service at the dealership was great. We left feeling like we were able to fill the need we had. Our salesman worked well with us and was very friendly and helpful. dealership was great. We left feeling like we were able to fill the need we had. Our salesman worked well with us and was very friendly and helpful. However, two days and 80 miles later the car was dead on the side of the road. We knew we had purchased a used car, but we were told that the car had been inspected by the dealership. There was no thought that the car would last only 2 days and 80 miles after purchase. We called Riverton Chevrolet and were told that there was nothing they could do about the problem. As of today 5 days later we are left with a large repair bill for something that should have been seen in the dealership's inspection of the car. A phone call today ended with Riverton Chevrolet hanging up on us. In my personal opinion, nobody should buy a used car from Riverton Chevrolet. They do not stand by the quality that they sell. More

I am a single mother of five and need a new car. I was driving 1993 Chevy Blazer, it was horrible on gas and was having other problems. I live in Idaho and make trips in to Salt Lake often. Allen Sauer was my sales person. I told him what my budget was and the type of payment I was looking at. He took his time and showed me several cars on the lot. He helped me find a car that would fit my family and my pocketbook. I ended up with a 2006 with low mileage and great on gas. Thanks Allen!! More
