The people I dealt with at Rivertown GMC were very easy to deal with. They did not play the "let me talk to my manager" game. I would recommend Rivertown GMC to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. I switched from a F-150 (this was my second one) to the Sierra because of the people I was dealing with. Due to the positive reputation of one particular salesperson, my wife and I drove 6hrs from Baton Rouge to Columbus to look at vehicles. My salesperson, Valerie, was wonderful! They sold me a truck with a defective OnStar feature. .Took almost 2 months to correct the problem, and backed into something dented my tailgate, and scraped my right rear tail light when they were able .Took almost 2 months to correct the problem, and backed into something dented my tailgate, and scraped my right rear tail light when they were able to finally replace the module.. they fixed one problem but damaged my truck in the process (minor damage but it wasn't there when i brought it in and it was parked afterwards so it wasn't hard to trace back) WITHOUT those problems I'd say that it's a decent place with friendly employees. My purchase experience was efficient but they need to check their vehicles better... More
