Had an appointment for a service for an oil change, 2 hours went by before the vehicle even got in the bay, it was 3 1/2 hours before the service and recall update was finished. Staff was friendly and helpful, the place and bathroom was clean but waiting 3 1/2 hours for a service when you have an appointment and you’re quoted 2 hours to complete is a bit much. More
