Dwayne scheller is our service man at Sarah Honda and we like him very much. But the last time we were in for a oil change and to put a new battery in my 2020 Honda there was a big problem when we got up th like him very much. But the last time we were in for a oil change and to put a new battery in my 2020 Honda there was a big problem when we got up the next morning. We had oil all over our garage floor and my husband took the car out of the garage we jacked it up and the oil pan at the bottom were the nut screws in to let the oil in and out was not even tight. We are not happy at all about this because we could have lost the engine in our vehicle as we drove home for over an hour. I know it's not Dwayne scheller's fault and we feel bad about this but whoever Honda gets for people to change oil they need to make sure they know what the xxxx they're doing. Not sure if we'll come back to Sarah Honda or not. More

Dan was understanding and considerate. I came in as a new widow and inexperienced in buying a car. I kinda knew what I wanted and he agreed that the Accord was a good reliable car that kep I came in as a new widow and inexperienced in buying a car. I kinda knew what I wanted and he agreed that the Accord was a good reliable car that kept its value, and it was also a Certified Preowned so he was confident that it would be a good fit. He showed me how to work all the buttons (even though I forgot soon). ?? More
