Updated: After seeing my first post, the people at Subaru called and explain the miscommunication on their end. They greatly apologize and made everything right. They also fixed a minor problem that occur after having the vehicle and put an extended warranty on my son car to show their apology and ensure us that they wanted to make things right and show us they dont so unprofessional business. The staff was great and very welcoming when we return. My son has his car now and he loves it.
