Great buying experience with sub-par financial department. I had a great experience with purchasing my new Colorado. Chris Holnaider was great to work with and helped out every step of the way. They gave me a great deal on my trade in and worked with me on the purchase price of the truck. Chris even helped out a lot when it came to some XM radio trouble. Only downside to the experience was the financial/paperwork portion of the process. I had to correct them on several items that were not right on the paperwork and then called me back to the dealership to resign paperwork that never changed. Their system was saying one thing and printing something different (in regards to taxes). Besides the XM radio fix, it was a wasted trip. If it wasn't for the paperwork, I would have gave 5 stars easily. More

We were thinking of paying cash until Nick told us about local banks who would lend to us. He then took us to meet the finance person. He was also very helpful. We were extremely pleased about the whole process. We hadn't had a car payment for 9 years and things had changed. Nick and our finance person cleared up all of that. If you need a nicely priced used car, I recommend NIck. More
