I made one phone call to Kenny Ross and had the good fortune of being connected to Nick Perenyi. The rest was totally effortless. I would be traveling from North Carolina to buy the car, so Nick took extra care to check and describe the condition of the vehicle carefully. He sent photos of whatever minor blemishes there were so there would not be any surprises. The car was in excellent condition for its age, but it was a pre-owned 2005 model so of course there were a few small things. I made a cash offer by phone which was accepted, and drove up there a few days later to purchase it. Everyone was ready for me and I was in and out of there in about 45 minutes, including taking a test drive. Nick took care of returning my rental car for me so I could start heading back right away. Best service and easiest purchase ever. I felt very comfortable purchasing in this manner due to the positive reviews and great reputation that was evident on the internet, and I was not disappointed. More

Purchase Pre-Owned 2011 Kia Soul from Paul Sarp Used TrueCar to find vehicle. I was actually on my way out to the general area to go see another car at a different dealership. So, while in the car, I sent an email/message via the TrueCar website about interest in the 2011 Kia Soul. The automated email response from the website actually sent us to the Kenny Ross Subaru Building (which is down the street from the Kenny Ross Pre-Owned building) and referred us to a salesman who does not sell Pre-Owned vehicles and only sells Subarus. That man sent us to the Pre-Owned building and gave us the name of a few salesman there. Two out of the three salesmen were out sick. We were helped by Paul Sarp. He was extremely helpful and very nice. We took a test drive, explored insurance options, and returned to speak with Paul. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took care to explain information about the previous owners and the CarFax Report details. Within about a half hour we handed over our check and made arrangements to pick up the vehicle as soon as the check cleared. As soon as the check cleared (which happened much faster than we thought it would), Paul called us. He even stayed at work late for us so we didn't have to wait another day to pick up the car. He was there to greet us and we caravanned to another building to finish the paperwork. He waited for us to finish with the secretary/woman helping with the paper signing and made sure to wish us luck with our new vehicle and encouraged us to call if we had any trouble with it at all. From start to finish, between TrueCar and Paul's exemplary service, it took only four days for us to make our vehicle purchase (Saturday - Tuesday)! We will definitely look to Kenny Ross Pre-Owned and to Paul Sarp for any vehicle purchases in the future. More

Long story short I was in no position to buy based on the value of my trade and some issues from the past. Chris and manager Doug Rea were very patient with me, treated me throughout the whole process like I had a 750 credit score and big down payment. I can't thank them enough for that and thier willingness to do the deal, I drove out of the dealership on Saturday with a brand new Silverado. I have bought a lot of cars in my 51 years on this earth and I should mention that I have never written review for anything before, but it is an absolute pleasure to write this one.
