Worked through any extras like warranty and rustproofing AFTER that is determined. So I didn't feel like anyone was hiding anything. We bought a used truck for my husband and the next day my husband checked the rustproofing job and was not satisfied as they missed some spots so he took it back and, no problem or questions asked, they went over the vehicle again. Liked that alot. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that we had to wait a long time to get into financing to get the paperwork done. But that was because they were short handed with someone out sick that day. So we were in the dark trying to locate all the buttons, lights and such for the drive home. More

Patient, Helpful, Great Experience Nick was great to deal with right from the get go. I saw the a great deal on a Cadillac SRX online, and drove out to the the dealership right before Nick was great to deal with right from the get go. Despite it being right at closing time, Nick took the time to show me the vehicle and answer any questions I had. The car had just come in on a trade in, so he explained the service department still had to look it over before I could go out for a test drive. He made sure that the service department got that done quickly, & I was able to take it for a drive the following Monday morning. He spent the next day going the extra mile for me, working hard to find the lowest possible interest rate I could get on it. Locked up a great rate and I took it home that Wednesday. He made it a real easy, and personable experience. Nick had given me his cell # and promptly answered any questions I'd text him. GREAT experience with Pre-Owned Sales Consultant I was shopping for a jeep for about a month and every dealer I went to made the experience a headache. I didn't feel that my best intentions were in I was shopping for a jeep for about a month and every dealer I went to made the experience a headache. I didn't feel that my best intentions were in mind at other places. I had specific things in mind that I was looking for in a car and other dealers made me feel like what I was looking for was impossible to find (I assure you it was not). Paul Sarp never made me feel pressured or that I was being irrational in the specifics I wanted. We came, looked at a Jeep and told Paul we'd be in touch. Paul never once said to me "I want to sell you this car today" which I've heard countless times at other dealerships, which was an immediate turn-off. Once we left the lot, Paul did not call us to the point of harassment as other dealerships had on a daily basis and was always available when we reached out. Paul was very patient with us and our millions of questions and genuinely seemed to have my best intentions in mind, which I appreciate very much. I am extremely happy with my Jeep and the service I was provided.
