My wife Kim, daughter Morgan and I went to Kenny Ross Chevrolet in Irwin rather later in the evening [near closing time] to look at some new Chevrolet Malibu's. A salesman by the name of Corey Hoebel in Chevrolet in Irwin rather later in the evening [near closing time] to look at some new Chevrolet Malibu's. A salesman by the name of Corey Hoebel introduced himself and invited us inside where it was much warmer and dryer. He showed us some available Malibu's along with the colors available within the showroom. We informed him upfront that we would be interested in the bottom line price and that we would sleep on the offer. He searched the Kenny Ross inventory looking for the Malibu with the options and color selected. He found one that was just delivered. He gave us a tour of the car and explained every option and feature in detail. Cory took us back to his office and worked overtime to get us every discount possible with the best bottom line price. We told Cory we would get back to him in a day or so. We found Cory to be a very knowledgeable, friendly, low pressure salesman that we would recommend to others. After meeting Cory's superiors [Sales Managers], we found the same no pressure friendly approach to sales. We decided to purchase the Malibu. At delivery, Cory took the time to again explain every option, and even helped us set-up our blue tooth option on our cell phones. He gave us a tour of the service facility so we feel comfortable bringing the car there for future servicing. Since the purchase, Cory has contacted us on three occasions to see how we like the car, and if we have any questions. He is certainly committed to customer satisfaction. I went to Kenny Ross for a new car based on the recommendation of a friend who had a very good experience with buying a new car for her son. I asked for the salesman that she had, but he was very busy with other customers. He spoke to us to see what our needs were and got another salesman for us. He introduced us to Corey Hoebel. Corey was very attentive, listened to what I wanted, and proceded to let me take a 2011 Cruze (in my favorite color) out for a test drive. Before I pulled the car out of the lot, he explained all of the features in the car. The last time I bought a new car (at a different dealer), no one showed me how to use anything on the car. He had the finance person work out a deal for me but it was not what I could afford. After talking back and forth for a time, we came to very acceptable terms for me. I even had a tour of the facilities, including the service department. No one ever did that before. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Corey has since contacted me to see if I had any questions and has answered them fully. I would definitely recommend Kenny Ross Chevrolet to anyone that is looking for a car. More
