Everything was very well organized, and i couldnt be happier with our 2007 Grand Prix or the deal Jim and Kenny Ross gave us on it. The only concern we had was the hesitation on Jim's part to let us test drive the vehicle. When we finally got to drive it, it was only in their parking lot and never saw the road performance until it was a done deal. However, it was an overall good experience but the lack of the test drive kept it from being great. More

The night we went to pick up our truck, a tornado came through the area. We had to sign the papers and the computers were down. He was so concerned that we would be mad because we waited around for the computers to come back up. He was extremely apologetic. We finalized the paperwork the next day and I must say the whole process was very pleasant. I would definately recommend this salesman and dealership. More
