My overall experience at Kenny Ross was outstanding starting from the phone receptionist to the detail person. My sales consultant, James "Cack" Costantino went above and beyond the call of duty by no starting from the phone receptionist to the detail person. My sales consultant, James "Cack" Costantino went above and beyond the call of duty by not only bringing the vehicle to my door for a test drive but by delivering it to me on time after the deal was consumated. Cack took care of all of the paper work-all I had to do was to sign and drive! The service team took care of a few minor issues and Cack both picked up and delivered the car once again! I almost can't wait untill I needed another car. My rating is 5 for sure. More
