Longest oil change ever. Nice service reps. Bought car there and took it there for first oil change. Made an appointment for 3:30 the day before. Showed up at 3:00 and they said I was not in sys Bought car there and took it there for first oil change. Made an appointment for 3:30 the day before. Showed up at 3:00 and they said I was not in system but they would do it anyway. Pulled out of the dealer lot at 4:40. It took well over an hour to do an oil change. On a good note everyone working there was very nice and easy to deal with and the work to be done was completed. More
