Im very surprised to see this review from Christian. This deal started on 1/13/2026 after going back and forth with numbers a price was finally agreed upon. Everything was broken down to the penny and Christian agreed and signed everything prior to picking the car up. We discounted the car $500 to accommodate him. I don't know where he's getting the price being $2000 more which simply isn't true. The price was $12198 plus dealer conveyance fee of $998 and temp tag $21 total was = $13217. He didnt want to pay for transportation so we had someone pick him up at the Omni hotel in New Haven. When he arrived at the dealership on 1/20/26 and viewed the 2002 Miata he loved it and thanked us for all our help. Now we see the review go up saying were heartless and we didnt give him a remote. Sometimes no matter what you do you can't make people happy.

What a TOTAL SPIN JOB!!! Car price was advertised at 11699 only to find out in small print, That was the financed price??? So Cash price was a grand more. Then I find out there's another $998.00 dealer conveyance fee on top of that!!! Yes they discounted $500.00 but that's still $1500.00 MORE than I thought I'd have to pay IN-SPITE of a text stating I could buy the car for 11699.00 with NO FINE PRINT!!! On top of that they couldn't send me a remote that was pictured as part of the sale that would cost them maybe 30 bucks??? I'm 68yrs old Not some wet behind the ears teenage kid. This dealership is deceptive AT BEST!!! And when you can't just send a man with CANCER a $30 cost remote that was CLEARLY PART OF THE SALE...Well I CALL THAT HEARTLESS!!! I only bought the car because it was the only Automatic Miata that was Red with Tan interior. Sad to say because of my health issues and Yes it's Even More then the Cancer that I have to deal with, so I had to have an Automatic, which by the way are Very Hard to Sale and worth 20% LESS! The salesman told me the car had sat for a long time and the front tires had the flat spots to prove it believe me! As for giving me a ride to the dealership, that was on the salesman as it was on his way to work!!! He had No Problem doing it!!! Nice Try on spinning that one!!! The question you have to ask is why after buying cars since age 16 is This IS The ONLY TIME I EVER COMPLAINED ABOUT A DEALERSHIP????

There is no spin job you knew the price to the penny before you came down. As far as small print anyone looking at his remarks and have concerns can clearly see the prices are the same size font and says cash price finance price in bold letters. Every dealership has a conveyance fee and registration fees and usually sales tax but he was out of state. AGAIN all this was emailed to him and sent back signed to us agreeing on numbers. You not complaining on any car you bought since you were sixteen is great how would i know that. You've done but complain from the start of the deal and I wish we never sold you the car. You are the epitome of FAKE NEWS! I will not respond or reply to any more of your lies.

I'm a lot of things but NEVER A LIAR!!! EVERYTHING I HAVE STATED IS 100% TRUE!!! EVERY LAST WORD!!! As stated before I'm 68 years old and NEVER complained about a car dealership in my life before this as I Never Had to. What does that say? All the dealership had to do is be transparent and give the financed price, cash price and list the $998.00 fee clearly at the very top of the add and that would have made things crystal clear. This is over $1500.00 and a $30.00 remote. That's a great deal to a man with Cancer that Can't work. When you refuse to honor a $30.00 remote that was pictured in their very own add...THAT'S SAD!!! Then make up a story of how the "dealership" went out of their way to pick me up and drive me to their dealership to make them money...WOW.
