VEry upset Horrible experience and customer service. I purchased the car a few months back. They ran my credit multiple times after i told them not to. I live in Horrible experience and customer service. I purchased the car a few months back. They ran my credit multiple times after i told them not to. I live in NY but purchased the car here. They did all the paperwork for CT. The whole experience from beginning to end was a mess. The car needed to be serviced. It was making a sound when i turned on the ac. They had to fix it before me picking up the car and never did, same thing with the alignment of the car. I called my salesperson Jeff and never picked up. When i went to the dealer he told me he changed his number. Finally i got the car to get serviced but didn’t do a good job. The ac is still making the noise. I would NOT recommend this place at all. More

Picky Truck shopper The staff are supper helpful, very patient and gave me as much time as I needed to look at as many vehicles as I needed and spent the extra time with The staff are supper helpful, very patient and gave me as much time as I needed to look at as many vehicles as I needed and spent the extra time with me even before we went to look at the vehicles to make sure to only show me vehicles that were what I needed and within the criteria I wanted. The buying process was so easy and the pricing is amazing! Super knowledgeable sales staff and financing staff that was able to get us approved for a good loan despite credit difficulties. Everyone here went above and beyond what I have ever seen or expected. I highly recommend this dealership. Never has anyone truly spent the amount of time to make sure I got what I wanted and needed and could afford with no pressure and never became impatient with my slow process for choosing a vehicle. Was definitely worth the longer drive to come here. 5 Stars to Road Ready Used Cars! More
