All of the staff at Road Ready are extremely friendly and helpful, they truly care about their customers, and want you to have great experience. I met the Road Ready team three years ago, when I bought my first vehicle from them.. Today I am a returning customer, I just bought my second car from the Road Ready team, and recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a good quality vehicle. Three years ago I was in a bad accident and my car was totaled out by the insurance company. I had no idea where I was going to go to find another car that I loved. One day I started doing a internet search for used car dealers in the area and that's how I found Road Ready. I checked out their website on line and found a couple of cars that I thought I would like. When I went to Road Ready, to test drive those cars the sales team were very patient with me, and wanted me to take my time carefully making a selection that I was comfortable with.. no pressure from the sales team whatsoever!!! I had never had a car loan before and did not know what to expect. The Road Ready sales staff and Anthony explained to me the over all process and the final paperwork. Later that week, I was driving away in the car that I wanted. I stand by the Road Ready team and trust them with all of my automotive needs and you should too!!!! More

Untrustworthy cars They sell cars without checking the brakes and will tell you the brakes are perfectly new. Promised free oil changes if i wrote a couple reviews; done all websites, haven't received none just a " we'll you back ". Passenger brake pad has been screeching since I drove off the lot, asked for new brakes in person and of course they said " we'll call you"; asked again a week later of course again " we'll call you". If you gonna be a dealership at lease know how to sell cars with accurate brakes and live up to your promises. More
